Is the complex's data safe?
Yes. Every complex is fully isolated from others, with precise per-role permissions and an immutable audit log.
What happens after the free trial?
You pick the tier that fits your complex and pay by bank transfer — card payment is coming soon. Your data is never deleted, and billing is annual with no long commitments.
Do owners need training?
No. An owner signs in with their mobile number via an OTP code and immediately sees their unit, payments, and tickets.
How does this relate to the government Mallak platform?
Sknak is a daily operations layer that complements the government Mallak platform — it does not replace it.
Do prices include VAT?
No — listed prices exclude VAT; 15% is added on the invoice. Billing is annual per subscribed unit, charged at ten months of twelve when paid annually.

Do I pay a subscription as an owner?
No — the subscription is the association's. You join by a free invitation and pay only your association's dues.
